In case we will need more details in order to have a better understanding of your vision, we will ask you to send us more information. Once we have confirmed the details, we will send you a quote and timeframe. Once you are happy with the deisgn and the costings then we will require a 50% deposit , production will only start once the 50% payment is received. We will send photos of the piece when in progress so that you can approve, make suggestions or minor changes to the design. Once we have your approval, we will finish and package your piece in a beautiful and special box and ship it to you. All parcels are dispatched with registered tracking so that you can track all details until delivery to your address.

Custom changes are individually made and prices are quoted for each particular request. Prices will depend on the nature of the piece or changes, availability of supplies, size and other details that are discussed on a case-by-case basis. If you are seeking a bespoke piece, we suggest to allow 4-6 weeks to understand your vision, create the concept, order the supplies, design and produce the piece. However, we can also create the piece for a small rush fee depending on the schedule and stock availability.
